Modernization of the Russian economy: forecasts and reality.

On May 23, was opened the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modernization of the Russian Economy: Forecasts and Reality" at the St. Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics.

Representatives of scientific and educational circles, the business community, the legislative and executive authorities of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, public associations, and the banking sector gathered together to discuss topical issues of modernizing the economies of countries.

The conference touched three main aspects which represented all is necessary for the development of the Russian economy: socio-economic issues in the field of state and municipal government, digitization of socio-economic systems and its role in economic development.
