The St. Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics signed a cooperation agreement with Dalian University

On October 21 2019 official delegation from China visited UTME to sign an agreement and discuss further cooperation in the field of academic mobility.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Li Yinzhe, foreign relations advisor to the rector of Dalian University, Mr. Wang Hang, advisor to the Rector on matters of recruiting students, the founder of the International educational center "Okkervil" in Saint-Petersburg Mr. Sheng Tejian, manager of admissions Mr. Meng Lijun. On the Russian side the meeting was attended by the Rector of the UTME Oleg Smeshko, First Vice-Rector Svetlana Avdashkevich, Vice-Rector for external relations and work with applicants Vladimir Dmitriev, Head of the Department of work with applicants Sergey Ivanov, Head of advertising and PR Natalia Krasikova.
