UMTE students participated in the international Online Autumn school 2021 organized by the University of Hradec Kralove.

The UMTE partner, University of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic, organized online school in management, intercultural studies, business, and Czech language.

One of the participants - first year student Egor Tsevelev, shared his experience:

Ahoj! The School continued for 6 weeks. During the School we studied 4 subjects: 2 courses were compulsory – the Czech language and Intercultural studies - and 2 out 8 subjects offered were optional ones.

I chose the Basics of Marketing, Business Economy and Basics of Finances, because these were the most interesting courses, to my mind. The process itself was great. Each subject contained 3 lectures that were recorded, and you could watch it later.

All the studies were conducted via special portal for students, which was quite easy to use. I was also glad that I had a chance to communicate with students and teachers in English. The teachers were always ready to help you and explain the material one more time, even though all the theory and presentations were easy and understandable information. Moreover, the time of classes was convenient for all the participants.

We didn`t have any difficulties with registration and studies. Obviously, participation in international program for the first time was a little confusing, and expressing your ideas and answer in foreign languages was a bit scary, but all the efforts were worth it»
