There are more ambassadors of goodness

Students from UMTE College participated in an intensive training course for volunteer organizers.

From April 15-17, an intensive training course for volunteer organizers “Ambassadors of Goodness” was held at the Youth House of Vasileostrovsky District. The event brought together leaders of volunteer groups, heads of volunteer associations and youth work specialists.

The participants of the intensive training course completed an extensive program aimed at developing practical skills in organizing volunteer activities. They learned and practiced such skills as first aid, interpersonal interaction, managing their own motivation, working with the Dobro.ru volunteer platform, and how to create and promote volunteer projects.

Special attention was paid to the crisis management training during the organization of volunteer activities, partnership, PR activities and work with the media.

At the end of the course, all participants received well-deserved certificates confirming successful completion of the intensive training course for volunteer organizers. This event is an important step in the development of the volunteer movement and popularization of the culture of kindness in our city.

Eleonora Iskandarova, Alesya Novik and Daria Smelkova successfully completed their studies and received certificates as representatives of UMTE College.
