UMTE educational programs - winners of the “Made in St. Petersburg” award

The symbolic St. Petersburg "Mark of Quality" was presented to the university in the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg in the White Hall of the Mariinsky Palace. The ceremony was opened by the student choir of our University, singing the “Hymn to the Great City”.

The “Made in St. Petersburg” Foundation together with the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, with the support of the Regional Consumer Rights Protection Center, the Leningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other public organizations have been holding the “Made in St. Petersburg” competition of goods and services since 2002.

In 2024, applications from 72 enterprises were submitted for the competition, while 24 were selected for the public review.

The “Russian Register”, a leading national certification and expert organization, was involved in the examination. 

Saint Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics won the award in the category “Works and Services” and received diplomas for the educational programs of higher education – “Theory and Practice of Foreign Language and Translation” in Linguistics, “Financial Management” in Management, “Master of Private Law” in Jurisprudence.

Special thanks of the competition organizers were given to Svetlana Avdashkevich, First Vice-Rector of UMTE.

The awards were presented to the winners by deputies of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg and the representative of the Governor of St. Petersburg in the Legislative Assembly.
