World Heritage of the CIS Countries Was Discussed at the Round Table at UMTE

On September 25, as part of the International Scientific and Practical Conference of students, young explorers and scientists «Heritage in the young hands: new trends» a round table in online form «World heritage of the CIS countries: Russia-Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan» was held.

The event was attended by the university partners - representatives of Bukhara State University (Uzbekistan), Osh State University (Kyrgyz Republic) and the Academy of Tourism of Kyrgyzstan.

At the round table participants noted the importance of interaction between the countries of the commonwealth on the problems of protection, usage of natural and cultural heritage at the national levels.

The moderator of the round table was the Head of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Inga Filippova. In her speech she noted that cultural values are the most important element of communication, mutual understanding and rapprochement of peoples. And the problem of saving and protection of historical, cultural and natural heritage will always be relevant for all countries of the world.

In the context of the discussion the participants of the round table identified the main directions of joint scientific research and opportunities for the development of new international tourist routes in the CIS countries with the attraction of students’ youth.
