2024 in Saint Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics: A Year of Memorable Events

More than 100 events

 The 2024 year brought the chance to students of UMTE to take part in over 100 diverse events – ranging from scientific conferences and student forums to national volunteer projects and entertaining events. They actively participated in student gatherings, volunteered at major Russian forums and contributed to animal shelters, making a meaningful impact on the university community and beyond.

Internships at Leading Companies

Our students had the opportunity to intern at some of the most prestigious establishments, including the State Duma of the Russian Federation, TASS News Agency, as well as regional and federal government bodies, administrations, banks, publishing houses, and top-tier media outlets. These internships provided unique experience and opened doors to promising career opportunities.

International Academic Mobility

More than 20 UMTE students traveled abroad as a part of international academic mobility programme. They studied at ones of the best universities in China (Shanghai, Macau, Hong Kong), Vietnam, Thailand, and Belarus. These exchange programmes not only broaden perspectives but also provide students with priceless experience helping them to become world-class professionals.
