«Green» Conference: International Scientific Forum with Serbia

​On October 30, 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Public Administration, Ph.D. in Political Sciences, Tatyana Vinogradova, delivered a plenary report at the Third International Scientific Conference «Challenges of Digitalization in the Green Economy».

The conference was organized by our partners from Serbia — Alfa University (Belgrade) — and was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.

The scientific forum brought together researchers and experts from 50 countries to discuss the contemporary challenges faced by nations worldwide in their transition toward green and sustainable economic models, as well as the opportunities for applying digital technologies to effectively overcome these challenges.

Tatyana Vinogradova presented a report titled “Aligning Public Finance with the Goals of the Green Economy: The Role of Program-Target Budgeting and Digitalization in Policy Implementation (The Case of Uzbekistan)”, in which she analyzed practical tools for incorporating environmental priorities into the system of public administration and the budgeting process.

Following the results of the conference, Tatyana Vinogradova’s article will be published in the official conference proceedings.
